If you call, email, or submit the tour form, we collect the details you provide: your full name, phone, email, relationship to the prospective resident, preferred contact method, preferred tour date and time of day, visitor count, and any optional scheduling context or message. The form also includes anti-abuse fields such as a hidden honeypot and submission timestamp; if configured, Cloudflare Turnstile receives a security token. Please do not send medical records, diagnoses, or other protected health information through this website.
How we use and retain it
Rose Assisted Living uses inquiry details only to respond to your question, coordinate a tour, and handle related follow-up. The form sends inquiries through Resend for email delivery to the Rose contact configured by the site owner. We retain inquiry information only as long as needed to handle the inquiry and related communication, then delete it according to our operational records practices.
Security and sharing
If configured, Cloudflare Turnstile may process a security token to help prevent automated submissions. We do not sell personal information. We do not request or intentionally collect health information through this form.
Your privacy questions
You may ask us to delete inquiry information or ask a privacy question by contacting roseassistedliving8108@gmail.com. Please do not include health details in that email.
